- Voice Data: Audio clips are processed in real-time for Speech-to-Text conversion. We do not sell your voice recordings.
- Image Data: Images uploaded for analysis are used solely to identify mechanical parts within your manual's context.
2. Third-Party Services
We utilize industry-standard partners to power our AI:
- Google Cloud/Firebase: For secure database storage and hosting.
- Stripe: For secure payment processing. We never see or store your credit card details.
- OpenAI/Google Gemini: For processing technical repair logic and generating voice responses.
3. Data Security
Your session transcripts and garage inventory are stored in encrypted Firestore databases. We implement strict security rules to ensure only you can access your specific repair history.
